Lamination

Lamination is a process that consists of impregnating resin into dry fabrics that are laid up on a mould in successive layers according to a laying up plan. The finished product is obtained after curing.

CPL makes your made-to-measure vacuum-laminated composite products with:

• Production of a mould (plaster, foam) according to a drawing or CAD file to be provided,
• A composition suited to the part’s end-use,
• Several surface finish possibilities according to the fabrics available: carbon twill or taffeta, texalium, hybrid fabrics, etc.
